HUS-IND-17: INDUSTRIAL FRAMEWORK FOR VISION SYSTEMS
HUS-IND-17 is a control desk for VEA C-series vision systems with 23" multi-touch capacitive touch-screen monitor and wiring according to CE standards (UL standards on request for the North American market).
It has a pull-out drawer for keyboard and mouse and extremely compact dimensions of 656 x 494 x D 350 mm.
It houses a C series VEA vision system with an innovative maintenance-free supercapacitor UPS, which allows the equipment to comply with the new industry standard 4.0 even in case of power failure.
Extreme ease of installation
The ergonomic structure allows for the connection of various modules of the scalable C series vision system and other components in an orderly and expandable manner.
The forced air cooling system with high density filter keeps the components at the correct temperature and keeps them clean.
The industrial panel for VEA vision systems has a large door that allows front and side access to the electrical panel for easier maintenance.
The two din bars included allow the housing of other components in the electrical panel and a front panel allows the insertion of other buttons, for example an emergency mushroom.
The internal supercapacitor UPS with a footprint of only 35 x 124 mm, allows the automated integration of the system with the factory logistics system even in the event of a power failure as required by Italian "industry 4.0" regulations.
The extreme versatility and ease of installation make the HUS-IND-17 the ideal object for installation on existing production lines and for retrofitting vision systems.
Integrated vision system
The high-power C-series vision system allows you to connect up to 32 cameras, process up to 500 images/second and perform more than 1000 analyses per image.
It can also store more than 5000 different product programs.
The system integrates a PLC properly designed for machine vision that allows to connect to I/O modules and to the industrial world with various protocols compliant with industry 4.0.
