Arduino compatible PLC INPUT/OUTPUT
IRUINO is an open source PLC only 35 mm wide, din rail mounted, but don't let its size fool you. Despite its small footprint, the PLC houses 8 opto-isolated digital inputs and 8 opto-isolated high-power 2A continuous and 9A peak digital outputs, fully protected against overcurrents and short circuits. IRUINO has 2 analogue inputs that can be managed in both voltage (0-10V) and current (0-20 mA), and an I2C communication network with level adapter (3.3V 5V) for connection with other IRUINO modules or compatible Arduino devices.
The 240 MHz 32bit dual core microprocessor makes IRUINO one of the fastest and most efficient PLCs in the industry.
The oled display makes it easy to keep an eye on the status of IRUINO.
The total opto-isolation of the digital inputs and outputs allows the IRUINO to be used as a remote I/O, guaranteeing complete protection of the PC from the industrial plant.
The output part of the IRUINO is designed with very low resistance and high current MOS-FET transistors of 9A peak and 2A continuous, with overcurrent and short-circuit protection circuitry.
Removable clamps and a completely free front make IRUINO a practical and highly professional product.

PLC, REMOTE I/O, ARDUINO COMPATIBLE DEVICE
Three operating modes.
1) PLC IEC 61131-3
In this mode, IRUINO can be used as a normal PLC with IEC 61131-3 standard using the OpenPLC programme or VeaPLC, which additionally has OLED display management.
Both versions are completely free of charge and are downloadable from here in the Software section.
2) Remote I/O for PC applications
Through the Vision-IO protocol, it can become a powerful tool because it allows the following functionalities:
- programmable hardware key to protect PC software
- configurable interrupt inputs
- fast input reading
- writing fast exits
- input filter
- synchroniser for led illuminator drivers with microsecond resolution
- advanced management of constant speed rotary tables with multiple input and output stations
- advanced management of continuous processes synchronised by encoders

3) Arduino compatible unit
A 240Mhz ESP32 dual core processor compatible Arduino device with:
- 8 opto-isolated 24V DC digital outputs with 9A MOS-FET and 2A continuous output, protected against short circuits and overcurrents
- 8 logic-compatible 12V and 24V opto-isolated digital inputs
- 2 analogue inputs
- I2C interface with level converter
